120-140K, flexible salary based on experience. Bonus potential.
About the Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to clients. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures, as well as providing high-level technical guidance and support.
Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable network infrastructures.
- Configure and deploy network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Optimize network configurations and protocols for efficient data transmission and reliable connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Conduct root cause analysis of network incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Monitor ticketing system and respond promptly to escalated incidents and service requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Implement and document security measures across hardware and software.
