Architectural Project Manager - Boise, ID
We are looking for a full-time Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural project management, commercial projects, and LEED certification.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial architectural projects from concept to completion
- Work with clients to develop project requirements and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that projects meet all deadlines and specifications
- Obtain LEED certification for projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sustainable design
