Crumbl Cookies Shift Leader
This position will predominantly be 4pm/5pm-10:30pm M-Thur and 4/5pm-12:30am Friday/Saturday.
Previous Shift Lead/Management Experience Required

A shift lead is in responsible for managing a working shift and reporting to the store manager.

Shift Lead responsibilities:
- Ensuring employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
- Effectively instructing other employees on the shift.
- Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Meet deadlines
- Maintain excellent customer service at all levels
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment used to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying the finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Job Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience required
- Notable communication schools
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong worth ethic
- A team player
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Computer literacy
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in fast-paced atmosphere
- Must be 18 to apply
