We have full time and part time shifts available to fit your schedule and all Crumbl opportunities have flexible hours from 15 hours to 40 hours per week!

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• Provide support and feedback to Team Members
• Ensure shifts run smoothly and effectively
• Help with scheduling and staffing
• Help keep store clean and presentable to guests
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns

Shift Lead Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older to apply
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant, management, or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Able to lift or move 50 lbs
• Food Handlers Permit
• Available to work scheduled shift, including some weekends and holidays

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a shift, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure that all staff members are meeting the company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all shift goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
