Job Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing operations across our Crumbl locations in and around Eugene. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and ensuring that all sites meet performance and profitability goals. The Area Manager will lead teams, implement process improvements, and drive sales initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Compensation
- Base salary of $60,000-70,000 (depending on experience)
- Monthly performance based bonus opportunities (up to $2000/month)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the franchise owner to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives across the area.
- Supervise and manage operations at multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee profit and loss management, analyzing financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and fostering client relationships.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Stay current with weekly Crumbl trainings and product updates and share key insights and information with store level management.
- Monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Oversee donation & business development inquiries and respond through the appropriate channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a food & beverage managerial role, preferably as an Area Manager or similar position.
- Self-motivated and driven to stay ahead of any potential issues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams (must provide references who can confirm this is strong skill you possess).
- Excellent strategic planning capabilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales growth.
- Solid understanding of profit loss management principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for reporting and analysis.
This position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on achieving results through effective team management and strategic oversight.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
