Bakery Team Lead

Here at Crumbl we are searching for vibrant and positive people who will be a part of bringing the world’s best cookies to our community. You will bake and decorate a lot of cookies, clean up, interact with customers taking orders, and did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies! We will train you to bake, and we believe anybody who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way can be a successful part of our team.

As a Shift Lead, you will train staff members, ensure store policy is being followed by all staff members, handle cash drawers, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.

To be a successful Shift lead, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a clear understanding of what is needed during daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food and safety quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Maintain excellent customer service at all times
• Count Cash drawers making appropriate deposits at beginning/ end of day.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work at least 20 hours/week

• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
