Afternoon Evening PM -Closing Crew Lead

We are seeking a Closing Shift/Crew Leader to oversee evening and closing operations of Crumbl at our Glen Ellyn, IL location. Scheduled hours are 20-35 hours per week (depending on candidates desired hours to work) with availability to work 4 to 5 days per week. Availability for this position is from 3 pm until 10:30 pm (Monday-Thursday) and 3 pm until 10:45 pm (Friday & Saturday)

This individual will be a self-motivated, results-driven individual who is reliable and can multi task. They will have excellent time management skills and customer service skills. They will also learn various operations of Crumbl that include mixing, ovens and inventory. Ultimately we are seeking an employee who loves to work in a team environment and is willing to learn the Crumbl Way of operations. This candidate will be excited to work for Crumbl and will bring that enthusiasm to work every day!

Requirements:

• Available to work Monday-Saturday. No Sundays!
• Previous leadership experience 1 year
• Dependable

• Illinois Food Handlers Permit
• Must work nights and evenings

• Supervise evening and closing shift operations of store
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness of store
• Ensure the highest level of quality in all of our products
• Ensure employees follow company/store policies
• Communicate with other leaders and team members in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Have a positive attitude
