Under new ownership, we are excited to hire Crew Members for our Crumbl La Quinta location. Crew Responsibilities

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking customer information and ensuring that deliveries are accurate and timely
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

Crew Requirements

• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have or willing to receive Riverside Food Handlers Certification.

Schedule

• Monday- Saturday
• Shifts available from 6am-10pm on Weekdays and Saturdays
• No Sundays.

One Big Dream

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.

Our Concept

As Crumbl continued to grow, so did their flavor offerings! Crumbl award-winning milk chocolate chip cookie has always been on the menu with their chilled pink sugar cookie becoming a semi-permanent menu item soon after. Crumbl then introduced its concept of a rotating menu. The frequency and timing of Crumbl rotating menu evolved over the course of a year until its iconic four flavor weekly rotation was officially established in December 2018. Since then, new flavors are added frequently, often weekly, in addition to current recipes being updated and improved. The brand now focuses on developing unique and delicious cookies inspired by popular flavors, foods, desserts of all kinds - from pies to cakes to candies and more. Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
