What You'll Do:
- Bake the Perfect Crumbl Cookie: Follow our recipes and techniques to bake consistently perfect cookies every time.
- Decorate & Present: Top, drizzle, and finish cookies to our high-quality standards. Presentation matters!
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, answer questions, and serve up cookie happiness with a smile.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain cleanliness in all baking and prep areas. We aim for the highest standards of hygiene and organization.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work with fellow team members to maintain a smooth, efficient operation during your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
