What are the responsibilities and job description for the Morning/ Mid Baker Part- Time position at Crumbl Cookies Midland?

Our mission at Crumbl Cookies is to bring together families & friends over a box of the best cookies in the world! We are currently looking to build our morning prep team! Our morning bakers must be able to work at a fast-paced to ensure prep goals are completed before end of shift and be able to adjust as the needs of the business shifts. Prep team ensures that the store has everything needed for daily operations.
Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Prep 12 doughs daily depending on store needs. Including being fully balled by end of shift.
- Follow Game Plan given out by manager. (Includes prepping doughs, frostings, toppings. etc.)
- Reading and understanding recipes.
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
- Decorating and displaying finished product.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain ticket times and quality standards especially during rush periods. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality Crumbl standards.
- Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Pay is made up and base pay and a lucrative tip pool.
- Must be available for opening shift over the week and weekends starting at 5am.
- Maintain The Crumbl Way, Customer Service, and Cleanliness Standards
- Be coachable. Understand metrics and hit them. Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
- Basic math
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
