As being a assistant manger is a very important role in our store, we also want to help you reach your goals with Crumbl Cookies and as a person! We are searching for someone who is honest, loves a high energy, and fast paced work area. Communication is the key in our store, from dressing to ovens, mixers to prep, we communicate throughout the day. We love questions, feel free to message us with any questions as we say no question is too small. Trust is our 2nd biggest key in our Zelda store, trust is so important to us and we are a family business. Almost all of our employees have created life long friends, we have gained so many new relationships with each and everyone of our Crumbl employees, we always put family first and at our Crumbl store you are more then a employee to us, you are our Crumbl Family.
Responsibilities:
Help us keep our fun, team environment by getting to know everyone and continuing to build our team!
Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh
cookies available for purchase
Oversee quality control- we want our cookies to taste the same at every location
Deliver a fantastic customer experience so our fans will keep coming back
Keep the store clean and tidy and pass health inspections with flying colors
Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics
Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes
Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees
Conduct frequent inventory on rotating ingredients
Manage catering orders
Help manage the schedule and employee communication
Keep up with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal app
Requirements:
* This position requires an extremely DETAIL ORIENTED person
* Background check required
* Must be over 18 years old
* High school Diploma
* Reliable Transportation
* Prior management experience is required
* ServSafe Manager's certificate or obtain one upon hire
* Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
* Must be able to work ALL shifts
* Valid DRIVERS LICENSE is REQUIRED
* Must be able to communicate with franchisees through day to day operations
* Must be able to open/close a shift and communicate with General Manager/ Franchisees the stores in good standing conditions.
Successfully managing all aspects of store business operations.
Ensuring the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness
Ensuring we never run out of cookies; cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile!
Assisting with ordering ingredients and other supplies for the store.
Assisting store manager in maintaining and creating weekly schedule.
Maintaining Crumbl knowledge of all store positions and filling in as needed
Assisting store manager with hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
Helping to resolve conflicts and/or complaints from customers and employees
Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
Analyzing information and processing and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies
Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
