Role Overview:
As a Baker at Crumbl Cookies, you will have the opportunity to mix, bake, and dress cookies and desserts. You'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of creating exceptional desserts that bring people together. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your baking skills and contribute to a fulfilling job that emphasizes the importance of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes and baking procedures
- Measure and combine ingredients
- Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the baking team to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Passion for baking and creating delightful desserts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and consistency in working hours and performance
- Are 16 or older
- 18 or older to use commercial baking equipment
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Food Safety Handler Certification
Bonus If You:
- Have prior experience working in a bakery or food service environment
- Are familiar with a wide variety of baking techniques and recipes
Employment Type & Availability:
- This is a Part-Time position at Crumbl Cookies, with 4-6 hour shifts and flexible scheduling.
- AM Shift is from 6:30 AM to 11:00AM,
- Applicants must consistently be available to work at least Fridays and/or Saturdays.
Pay:
Baker's starting base pay is $11/hour guaranteed $3/hour tip = $14/hour.
Location:
This position is on-site only at Crumbl Lafayette in Lafayette, Indiana.
