We at Crumbl Cookies are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the business. As an entry-level management position, the AGM is responsible for managing associates, assigning specific tasks, focusing on store-level operation performance, coaching, and developing subordinates.
The AGM must have the ability to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times when morale is low. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong leadership and organizational skills. In addition to being firm, the AGM should also be approachable. Currently, this is a non-exempt position at the store.
Requirements:
- 1 year of job-related experience in low volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations or other related experience as a supervisor, lead, or entry-level manager
- Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conducts and coordinates on-the-job training for new Team Members, and ensures all associates receive basic skills training to perform their jobs
- Consistently and creatively motivates Team Members to maintain our customer service scores
- Consistently provides support, coaching and encouragement necessary to achieve business goals
- Maintains all front-of-house and/or back-of-house facilities, ensuring that the restaurant is clean and organized
- Ensures that all equipment is being cleaned & maintained appropriately, and that safety & security procedures are being followed
- Prepares daily orders, ensures supplies are in stock or assist with ordering supplies
- Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered

Schedule:
- Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - midnight. Closed Sundays
- Assistant General Manager on-site hours will start high as we get systems worked out, but if managed well should be reduced to a typical 40 hour workweek.
