## Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff management, and customer service to ensure the store meets sales goals and provides a positive experience.
## Duties
- Assist in training development for new and existing staff
- Manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
- Participate in the hiring process
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Oversee retail management tasks to optimize store performance
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or team members
## Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a food service environment is preferred
- Proficiency in training development, stock management, interviewing, budgeting, and retail operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
