Role Overview:
As a Baker at Crumbl Cookies, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of gourmet cookies to perfection. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our kitchen team to ensure that our cookies meet our high standards of quality and flavor. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your baking skills and contribute to our delightful cookie creations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of gourmet cookies following our precise recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in managing inventory and stock to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients for baking.
- Adhere to food safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a hygienic baking environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline baking processes and optimize cookie production.
- Take ownership of maintaining the high quality and consistency of our cookies to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:

Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as Part Time, with shifts scheduled on Monday through Saturday.
