Job Description: As a Crew Member or Baker at Crumbl, you will be a vital part of our team. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and baking delicious cookies and desserts, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake Crumbl's signature cookies and desserts, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store.
- Follow safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Handle customer orders, both in-store and via delivery, with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years or older (some roles may require you to be 18 or older).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
- Flexibility with work hours, including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in food service or baking is a plus but not required.
