Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Reading and understanding recipes.
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
- Decorating and displaying finished product.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain ticket times and fulfill orders up to quality standards even during rush periods.
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Pay is made up and base pay and a lucrative tip pool.
- Must be available for closing shift over the week and weekends.
- Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am
- (closing duties could range 30 min / 1hour after closing).
- Maintain The Crumbl Way, Customer Service, and Cleanliness Standards
- Be coachable.
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour (base tips)
