What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cookie Dough Maker position at Crumbl Cookies?
We are looking for an afternoon / evening dough maker!
As a cookie dough maker, you'll work with your hands to create fresh, amazing cookie dough, frostings, glazes and more. With a weekly rotating menu, you'll get to make many different kinds of cookies, keeping it new and fun each week!
As a Dough Maker, you'll learn to :
- Make cookie dough the Crumbl Way on 60 quart commercial mixers
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Make frostings, glazes and toppings
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment to make cookies
- Test ingredients, dough and cookies to ensure that items meet Crumbl standards for quality
- Cross train as a baker
