Responsibilities:
- Quickly ball freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the upcoming day’s sales
- Bake cookies following precise directions
- Frost and dress cookies to perfection
- Work with a team to accomplish tasks
- Assist customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and well sanitized store
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Other duties that ensure the overall health and success of the business

We ask you to:
- Smile and be friendly with customers and co-workers
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Requirements:
- Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent cookies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
