Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the baking area
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Experience:
- Previous baking experience preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with, cash registers, and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is desirable
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
