Our Crumbl Crew Member job description is as follows:
Energy, focus, and speed are necessary for success in this role. A crew member should be comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment while promoting teamwork and efficiency. We work hard and have a lot of fun! Training is offered on the job, no previous bakery experience is necessary.
As a Crumbl crew member, you will report to the owners, the manager, or an assigned shift lead. Your regular duties will include:- Quickly and accurately weigh and shape fresh dough to prepare for the upcoming week’s sales.- Frost and dress cookies to perfection.- Use excellent customer service skills to welcome, assist, and assure customer satisfaction.- Clean and restock stations to ensure that equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.- May need to lift up to 50 pounds (not required) and will be standing for all workplace tasks.- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety procedures around ovens, cookie warmers, chillers, and mixing machines.- Other duties that ensure the overall health and success of the business.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
