Crumbl Bakery Shift Lead

Crumbl of Salem is hiring immediately for a Shift Lead position with fast skills to join our team.

A Shift Lead is someone who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Shift Leads are also responsible to complete the duties outlined in the Baker job description. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Continually training employees- striving for 100% quality, cleanliness and customer service
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Associates Degree or higher (Preferred)

McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
