Experience
- Prior Management Experience: 2 year (Required)
- High School Degree: (Required)
- Leadership Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Food Franchise Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong understanding of business principles, accounting, and marketing strategies
- Tech savvy
- Base salary with bonuses for exceptional store performance!

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager(s) in managing the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for purchase
- Develop and execute innovative strategic marketing strategies
- Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics
- Establish a fun and productive culture while motivating and coaching employees on how to interact with customers in a dynamic business environment
- Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees
- Manage Inventory
- Create efficient staffing models that promote a positive workforce culture, while maintaining Labor goals.
- Hiring and training of new employees
