Looking to hire bakers for morning and midday shifts. Required to be available 6am to 6pm. Open availability preferred.

Baker – Job Description:
- Read, understand and follow Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers (age 18 ), ovens, and other equipment to make doughs, frostings, fillings and toppings
- Decorate and display finished products
- Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
- Take customer information and ensuring that orders and deliveries are accurate and timely
- Clean and restock workstations, and ensure all equipment is sanitized according to food safety standards
Baker – Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work Saturdays
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, midday, weekend, and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items (max 50lbs) for extended periods
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
