What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dough Maker position at Crumbl Cookies?
Now hiring Bakers / Crew Members to staff the first Crumbl Cookies in Beavercreek! We are SUPER flexible. Training will commence late June for for our grand opening at the beginning of July.
Crumbl has quickly seen it's success grow as it has spread like wildfire across the country. If you are friendly, reliable and customer service oriented we would love to talk to you! All shifts available 5am - midnight, Monday through Saturday. The job duties include but are not limited to :
Running the register
Mixing dough (Main Focus)
Balling dough
Cleaning the store / Washing dishes
Folding boxes
Decorating cookies
Preparing catering orders
Answering phones
Helping with customer service
No previous experience necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older to apply
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Basic math and computer skills
Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment.
Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills.
Time management skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Able to stand for hours at a time
