Crumbl is a fast-growing national brand that is changing the way people experience and enjoy cookies. We are proudly able to bring our product to events through our mobile trailer to expand the meaningful moments we give to our customers. Our reputation of having the best desserts combined with outstanding customer service is only possible with an individual who is passionate with what they do and dedicated to the company.
We are looking to hire 2 full-time employees to run the food trailer at the events. It would result in a 3 day work week rotating from Monday, Wednesday, Friday to Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. The days would be 12-16 hours per day. During the off season, hours would be given in store if wanted. The current fulltime season runs June 1-September 15th.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving cookies/products from the food trailer to quality standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Cleaning and restocking the trailer and ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized.
- Handle cash and credit cards for all transactions.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Restock inventory as required and maintain records of food supplies.
- Excellent communication with attention to detail.
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Requirements:
- Basic math and computer skills
- Be at least18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule with long hours 3 days a week
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
