Are you passionate about baseball, cookies, and delivering exceptional customer service? Crumbl Cookies is excited to be at Busch Stadium for the 2025 season, and we're looking for dedicated Crew Members to help us bring warm, delicious cookies to Cardinals fans!
Position: Crew Member
Location: Crumbl Cookies at Busch Stadium, St. Louis, MO
Pay: Competitive hourly wage tips
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve a variety of Crumbl’s fresh cookies.
- Stand for long periods of time while assisting guests.
- Fold boxes and set up the stand before each game.
- Lift and restock cookies (must be able to lift 30 pounds).
- Communicate with leadership at the end of each shift regarding restocking needs for the next game.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work all St. Louis Cardinals home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A love for baseball and cookies!
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, restocking, and setting up the stand.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
