Your Day as a Crumbl Crew Member:
As a Crumbl Crew Member, you will greet customers with "Welcome to Crumbl" and provide exceptional service. You will explain the cookie lineup, take orders, and handle payments accurately. Answering phones and providing product information will also be part of your daily tasks.
You will follow Crumbl recipes to mix dough and bake cookies, collaborating with teammates to prepare and present finished products. Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met is crucial. You will fulfill delivery orders promptly and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Additionally, you will assist with cleaning tasks and restocking supplies.

To thrive in this role, you'll need strong communication skills and basic math and computer skills. You should be able to work independently or in a team and have a commitment to safety and proper equipment usage. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with customers and taking orders.
- Readiness to learn and follow directions.
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Friday and Saturday availability required, however we are happy to accommodate your high school, college, or sports schedule.
