Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and developing your team. You will motivate and coach your team to provide top-notch customer service while ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently maintained. Recognizing and celebrating the contributions of your team members will also be a key part of your role, helping to create a positive, collaborative work environment.
In terms of operational management, you will oversee daily store operations, including the preparation and baking of cookies, quality control, and customer interactions. You will manage station assignments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency, helping the team meet daily operational targets.
Keeping the store clean and safe will be a core part of your daily duties. You will oversee the cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas, delegating tasks and inspecting their completion to ensure that the store maintains safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, you will ensure that kitchen equipment is used safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will need to effectively communicate with both team members and customers. Flexibility is also important, as you should be able to work varied shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail will be key to your success in this role, particularly when it comes to quality control and customer service standards.
You should be comfortable using POS systems and managing performance data, with a basic understanding of math and technology. Strong problem-solving skills will be essential, as you will be expected to think on your feet and resolve issues independently, all while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Lastly, you must be committed to following safety procedures and ensuring that health and safety standards are consistently met.

Required Qualifications and Expectations
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be 18 years of age or older
