We’re looking for a Store Leader to run the show at Crumbl Cookies. You'll be leading a high-energy crew, serving up gourmet cookies with a side of unforgettable experiences. The Role:
As Store Leader, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of one of the busiest bakeries around. We move fast, we stay sharp, and we take pride in every detail, from cookie quality to crew culture.
You won’t be stuck behind a clipboard, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside your team, coach in real time, and keep things smooth, smart, and efficient.
What You’ll Own:
- Running the store “The Crumbl Way” with consistency and energy
- Leading a team with confidence—coaching, training, and building up your crew
- Jumping into baker or delivery roles when needed (we all roll up our sleeves here)
- Managing food and labor costs like a boss—because profit matters
- Creating a positive vibe for customers and crew alike
- Handling customer concerns quickly and kindly
- Keeping the store clean, stocked, and looking awesome
- Hitting sales goals and building momentum
- Tracking performance metrics and making smart, real-time decisions
- Making sure your team follows policies and safety standards
What You Bring:
- 2 years of management experience in food, beverage, or retail (restaurant GMs—we’re looking at you)
- A solid handle on food and labor cost controls
- Strong leadership and coaching skills—you’ve built high-performing teams before
- Confidence with tech and data—we’re a modern, systems-driven bakery
- Adaptability and hustle—you love solving problems on the fly
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to lead by doing
- A passion for creating a fun, accountable, high-energy work culture
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed (mixing bowls, inventory, etc.)

Mon–Thu: 8am–10pm
