## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team to success.
## Duties
- Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage cash handling procedures and perform end-of-day reconciliation
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in coffee, fine dining, catering, or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and basic financial principles
- Culinary background or kitchen management experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
