We are looking for shift leads to help our UNLV Location!
Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing Shift operations
- Money Management
- Creating Game Plans
- Making cookie dough
- Making cookie toppings
- Decorating cookies

We offer nationwide shipping to all 50 states, so anyone that isn't near one of our Crumbl locations can get a taste of our amazing cookies!

Crumbl is looking for high performing, high energy, team oriented shift leads that are ready to help their team succeed! A Shift Lead is someone who is in charge of managing one of the working shifts. This includes up to 10 bakers who will be performing a variety of tasks. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role.
Previous leadership experience is REQUIRED
Shift Lead Responsibilities
- Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
- Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
- Establish and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment

- Maintain excellent customer service at all levels
Shift Lead Requirements
- Previous leadership experience required 1 years
- Notable communication skills

- Proactive organizational skills
- Ability to keep and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
