We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Working directly with General Manager to assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with General Manager for suppliers for replenishment.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive sales by promoting products and services, utilizing effective selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate cash register operations, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail, restaurant, food and beverage, bakery, production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong skills in inventory management and stock control processes.
- Ability to lead staff team effectively and promote products to customers.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to store operations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
