Photographers are expected to be seasoned professionals specializing in product photography, needing little supervision or guidance. Responsible for elevating Crumbl’s photography, creating a higher level of work, training and mentoring Photographer I, focusing and coordinating higher level projects, along with maintaining a consistent and high level of quality across the brand. The Photographer will have the ability to step in when the director isn’t available and is instructed to do so.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for higher level projects, such as strategically planning and maintaining the photos for major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), signage, ads, and much more.
- A very strong understanding and ability to style, light, shoot, and edit.
- Advanced lightroom and photoshop skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently while producing a high level of quality.
- The ability to visualize the brand's current identity, and to continually move the brand forward.
- Provide mentorship opportunities to Photographers I, and help the whole photo team align in the “Crumbl Style”.
- Ensure the success of assigned projects under the direction of the Director of Photography.
- Studio space and file management : responsible for digital file organization, along with studio and equipment organization and maintenance.
