Role Overview:
As an AM Team Member at Crumbl Altoona, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store during morning hours. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the store manager and other team members to deliver a delightful experience to our customers. The position is on-site only, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a positive atmosphere and be part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries.
- Prepare and serve a variety of gourmet cookies and desserts, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the store manager to fulfill orders and manage inventory effectively.
- Work with the team to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
