This reputation is only possible with an individual who is passionate and dedicated to offering world class cookies, serving the team and customers, while having a strong desire to grow and learn.Responsibilities:Follow step by step instructions to measure ingredients and mix dough bases and frostingsDecorating and displaying the finished productEnsure finished goods meet food safety and quality controlsGreeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer serviceCleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitizedWe ask you to:SmileCreate and Maintain Eye ContactMake Emotional Connections with GuestsHonors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurantAbility to multitask quickly, yet thoroughlyHave the ability to communicate effectively in EnglishBe at least 18 years of ageBe willing and able to work a flexible scheduleHave the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Base pay starts at $8/hour plus tips (typically $3-4/hr additional)Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
