Job Responsibilities:
- Baking Desserts: Prepare and bake fresh, high-quality desserts using Crumbl’s unique recipes.
- Preparation & Mixing: Accurately measure ingredients, mix doughs, and prepare other components as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure each dessert is perfectly baked, ensuring consistent taste and appearance.
- Maintaining Equipment: Operate and clean ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized baking area, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bakers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Assist with customer service, ensuring a great experience at the front of the house.
Qualifications:
- Previous baking experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking and creating delicious treats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility with hours (may include weekends and evenings).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow recipes and handle multiple tasks at once.
- At least 16 years old.

Training starts tentatively early to mid March 2025
Food Handlers Certification must be complete before first day of training.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.41 - $14.41 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
