Crumbl is looking for a dynamic Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating transactions, ensuring compliance with both state and federal laws, and helping to mitigate risk effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing legal documents and policies
- Negotiating and drafting agreements with vendors and other third parties
- Drafting disclosure documents and related materials
- Designing the company’s policies and position on legal matters
- Protecting the company against legal risks and violations
- Examining the legal issues related to new products and services
- Regulatory compliance
- Legal research and drafting
- Preparing and filing government reports
- Reviewing new business relationships with third parties
- Administering training workshops
- Liability compliance in a variety of areas
- Employment matters
- Managing outside counsel regarding litigation and other legal matters
- Real estate matters and negotiation
- Representing the company before administrative or judicial courts
- Any other tasks requested by the company
- JD; (2 years’ experience)
- Licensed to practice law in Utah
- Proven law firm experience
- Proven background in corporate law
- Franchising, employment, intellectual property, food, and product liability law experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Self sufficient
- Computer skills (Mac, Microsoft, Adobe)
