What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member/Delivery Driver 18+ position at Crumbl?
We are looking for a driver to join our Crumbl Glendale Heights location at 179 W Army Trail Rd. This position will require you to not only help in store with various Baker/Team member duties but to also assist in local deliveries. You will need your own reliable transportation and proof of drivers license and valid auto insurance.
As a member of our crew you will strive to provide high-quality baked goods and services in an efficient, professional manner. Our crew understands recipes, performs quality checks, mixes various doughs and frostings using a commercial mixer and provides outstanding customer service.
You will be required to greet customers, deliver orders as needed, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment and perform other duties as needed.
Attention to detail is extremely important.
We are looking for a part time crew member who is available to work during the afternoon and evening/closing shifts. We are open 6 days a week and we are closed on Sunday. You must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow the "Crumbl Way"
- Follow directions precisely in order to mix doughs, frostings and other items
- Decorating
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Operating ovens to bake cookies
- Completing accurate and timely deliveries
- Cleaning as needed throughout your shift
- Requirements:
- Must be 18
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must provide proof of insurance
- Must have your own vehicle for deliveries
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Stand for long periods of time
