**This position is for openings through daytime hours. Work schedules are flexible and can be part or full-time. Looking for candidates who can work from 7-8am to around 3pm on weekdays.

Responsibilities
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Service with a smile, always providing guests with a fantastic experience
- BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Follow Crumbl recipes with exactness, paying close attention to the details
- PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Detailed with each cookie's presentation, constantly cleans and maintains order, and keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe
- TEAMWORK: Complete individual responsibilities while supporting fellow crew members in their tasks
- EFFICIENT: Provide exceptional guest service in a quick, high-quality manner, creating a memorable experience for our guests
- TECHNOLOGY: Use Crumbl business technology appropriately, stay current on all training
- KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operate Crumbl kitchen equipment, and show care for the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material

Following hiring, all necessary training will be provided. Store managers and shift leads will train bakers in all processes needed to be successful. Compensation will be $9 per hour plus tips during the training period and then increase once training is completed. Tips are expected to add $2-3 per hour for total compensation of $11-13 per hour.
