What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Recipe for Success)

• Be the Captain of Operations: You'll ensure your store is running and operating daily like a well-oiled machine. From leading daily operations to taking inventory and ordering, to scheduling, timesheet approvals, and keeping things sparkling clean, your food-retail leadership drive will set the tone.
• Build a Dream Team: Recruit, train, and develop rockstar staff who share your love for cookie quality and customer service. Create a winning culture where team members feel valued and motivated to crush the KPIs every day.
• Master the Money Game: Closely manage key financial metrics like labor costs, food costs, and net profits. Your business acumen will ensure the dough (pun intended) is always rising every day.
• Delight Your Fans: Turn every guest into a raving fan by delivering an exceptional experience with every dessert. We want to provide unreasonable hospitality every day. Address customer feedback swiftly, maintain glowing reviews (4.8 Google score!), and keep the cookie magic alive through the team.
• Keep It Fresh: Ensure your facility and equipment are in tip-top shape and clean every day. From signage to supplies, to floors and counter tops, everything should reflect the highest of Crumbl standards.
