Crumbl Cookies is looking for an early morning baker/dough maker that is available during the hours of 5am-2pm Monday - Saturday. We make all of our cookies from scratch and need someone who is dependable and hard-working, who has attention to detail. Applicant must also be competent in following a recipe. Energy, focus and speed are necessary for success in this role. A dough maker should be comfortable working in a high performance, target driven environment while promoting team work and efficiency. Training offered on the job, no previous bakery experience necessary. This shift begins at 5am.

- Average weekly hours: at least 25 hours per week, no unexcused absences, high quality of work, consistent positive attitude required. Pay is $10 - 12 per hour plus tips (tips typically are an additional $3-6 per hour), depending on previous experience.
- Work quickly while accurately following a recipe
- Quickly ball freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the day
- Frost sugar cookies
- Work with a team to accurately complete tasks
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Excellent communication skills
