Crumbl Cookie is the most exciting and attractive bakery in the country and is known for its decadent and incredible deserts. Each week, we rotate a selection of amazing dessert options, ranging from classic chocolate chip to creative concoctions like birthday cake and raspberry cheesecake. As a shift leader, you will play an integral part in creating memorable experiences for our customers and a thriving, fun, and performance driven environment for our employees!

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure each baker is performing and thriving during their shift
• Guide the team in delivering on the 3 Cs (Customer Service, Cleanliness, Cookie Quality)
• Station map the team, lead the shift by coaching, supporting, and driving the pace to meet the store's daily goals
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliation at the end of each night
• Assist with dessert preparation and ensure dessert quality and presentation standards are excellent
• Stay current and up to date on all Crumbl training material and content and teach the team daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and guide the team to execute on their daily cleaning duties
  
  

Qualifications And Expectations

• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friday and Saturday are required working days for shift leads
