Be part of one of the most enthusiastic and passionate teams in town! If you can stand the smell of fresh baked, delicious cookies all day, this is the job for you! We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable candidate to become one of our Seasonal Closing Bakers here at our Menomonee Falls, WI location (Germantown). The position lasts from FEBRUARY until MAY.
This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate will have open night and Saturday availability. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:
- Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn
- Be able to read through and follow recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment (18 ) to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Constant communication with Shift Leaders and Managers to ensure daily goals are met
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to start by 4PM
- Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (**Not Funded by Crumble-$9.99 Cost**)
