Role Overview:
As a Shift Leader at Crumbl, you will be responsible for leading a team in providing exceptional service and maintaining a smooth operation during your shifts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your store director, assistant director, staff, and regional director to ensure that our customers have the best dessert experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during shifts
- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled to the highest quality
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills:
- One year previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full Time and Part Time, and may include shifts on Monday through Saturday.

This position is On-Site Only at Crumbl-Martinsburg in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
