As a AM Shift Leader at Crumbl Altoona, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and team performance within our store. In this role, you’ll lead by example, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Whether you work on-site at Crumbl Altoona, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our store and make a meaningful impact within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members by providing guidance, direction, and support.
- Ensure that the store operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, placing orders, and organizing stock to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Oversee the training and development of new team members to uphold Crumbl's standards and values.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial targets and operational objectives.
Qualifications:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Saturday.
