Child Development Nanny

Description:A warm and caring family in Folsom Ranch is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and engaging nanny for their sweet 10-month-old daughter, Aria. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide loving, hands-on care to their daughter, focusing on her positive development.
• Plan daily activities that encourage sensory exploration, gross motor skills, and vocabulary development.
• Maintain a healthy, active routine, including outdoor walks and playtime.
• Light household duties, including tidying child-related areas, bottle preparation, and laundry for the family.
• Prepare healthy homemade baby food and simple family meals.
• Help with organizing and restocking the nursery and diaper stations.
• Accommodate some schedule flexibility for occasional weekend date nights (planned in advance).

Secondary Duties:

• Light housekeeping in areas where the child plays and spends time.
• Prepare and clean bottles, and assist with light family laundry.
• Organize and maintain child-related supplies and the nursery.

Requirements:

• CPR & First Aid Certified (current)
• Extensive knowledge of child safety and infant care
• Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI)
• Non-smoker
• Minimum of 3 years of nanny experience, with at least 3 years of newborn and infant care.
• Ability to provide references from supervisory roles.

Bonus: Must be comfortable with the family’s sweet senior dog (14-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
