Group Fitness Instructor
Crunch Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, ROCK STAR Group Fitness Instructors that can provide an unforgettable class experience.
Requirements
For General Class Formats: Nationally accredited group fitness certification, ACE, AFAA or NASM preferred.
For Specialty Class Formats (Barre, Group Cycling, Pilates, TRX, Yoga, Zumba, etc.): Valid certification for each format, recognized and accredited by above certifications.
Please Note: Crunch does not accept Les Mills, Mossa, Beach Body, Insanity, or other pre-choreographed formats.
Maintain valid CPR Certification, additional First Aid Certification preferred
Experience leading multi-level exercise classes, for all levels of fitness.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Strong customer service skills
Duties
Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
Maintain professional disposition at all times.
Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
Must attend a Crunch Instructor training, and deliver fitness classes in accordance with
Crunch class format guidelines.
Compensation:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
