What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- Not have a substantiated finding on the North Carolina Health Care Personnel Registry in accordance with G.S. 131E-256(a)(1)
- Be entered in good standing on the State Nurse Aide registry
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- A North Carolina Nurse Aide (NA I or NA II) certification required.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
- Agency already present in SC and expanding to NC and will provide an incentive of $200 to the first CNA part-time hire on the NC License application.
