Job Summary
The Hiring Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR team with the hiring of new team members. The role involves coordinating and managing the logistics of the new hire process. This role includes preparing offer letters, coordinating specific on-boarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Hiring Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the candidate’s experience and supporting the company’s talent acquisition goals.
Some Job Responsibilities Include:
- Act as a liaison between the hiring manager and the candidate for all job offers
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and communicate details about the offer package, including salary, benefits, and start date.
- Confirm or collect all necessary information from our candidates to ensure our HRIS is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Answer candidate questions regarding the offer and employment terms.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as background checks and completion of new hire paperwork.
- Process new hire onboarding paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage I-9 forms, including E-verifications, in accordance with legal requirements
- Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership

Experience Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related field
- Experience with HRIS and/or ATS
